For many people, a new kitchen or bathroom is important. That is no different for residents of social rented houses. Housing corporations often offer a number of choice packages for the fronts, the kitchen sheet, the handles and the tiles.
In practice, we find that when we help residents choose, they never choose some choice packages, and often just want a different combination than they get preempted. We have created the Kitchen-Bathroom-Toilet Tinder, to develop selection packages based on what residents find beautiful or practical.
With this research, we can advise housing corporations, and housing companies can also use this in their target group policies.
We are looking for housing corporations that like Woonstichting ’thuis (Eindhoven) want to participate in our research and approach their tenant panel for this. We are happy to come to give a demo!
